Welcome to the TriFit Blog!

This is a place where you can go to get the latest information on TriFit training.

I am a little new at this so it may take a while to work the kinks out. So check back often as things will be changing.

  1. Last Friday I gave up trying to get a workout in... Sound familiar? I worked all day, was late getting home, met some friends out for dinner... I didn't workout and I ate a HUGE meal.
    Later that evening my buddy Bob says, "Let's do a workout right now." We're in our friend's kitchen socializing, I don't want to do a workout.
    Bob was persistent and within a few minutes we had completed 5 rounds of 20 push-ups.
    With less than an hour to spare, we got our workout in.
